MEET OUR FOUNDER
I’ve spent 16 years working inside nonprofits and NGOs, from entry-level roles through to Country Finance Manager and Head of Finance, HR & Administration, including leading an organisation through a governance crisis as CEO. Along the way, I’ve supported organisations to secure millions in project funding, rebuilt financial systems that were on the brink of collapse, and seen firsthand what separates NGOs that thrive from those that struggle.
I hold an MCom in Strategic Management and a BCom in Accounting and CGAP qualification (formerly CIS Zimbabwe) — in 2017, I placed first in Zimbabwe in Auditing.
I built NGO Success Hub because too many good organisations are losing funding, burning out their teams and operating without the systems they need — not because their mission isn’t worthy, but because they lack the right support.

I lead a founder-led practice, supported by a network of specialist associates covering grants, finance, M&E, HR, operations and digital — so organisations get the depth of a full team without carrying that overhead themselves.
